I was about to stop my home buying process. Realtors wanted make me buy something quickly or just buy the best business for themselves. Than Valentina jumped in. First she understood exactly what i wanted, even when it was not her best suggestion. Qhe worked days and nights to find exactly my criterias. And when it was impossible she found the next one and then the next next one. She patiently guided and adviced during all the process, from inspections to finances.

From the initial time we connected via email,  Valentina intuitively understood the type of property that my spouse and I (new Nevadans and recent retirees) were looking for.  Her assistance, both via phone, email and in person was prompt, attentive, courteous, and thorough.  She was available when needed, never pushy.  While viewing properties, negotiating with seller, and following up after closing, she was always one step ahead.  As soon as I thought of something, Valentina was already on it. A little late on the review but all I can say and remember is Valentina was great! We were in Texas moving to Nevada, found her online, chatted with her several times, gave her our wants and needs in a home, she presented us with some options giving us the pros and cons of each house and location. Everything happened so fast but we were able to move into our new house without a glitch and we love it. Can’t thank you enough for all your help. Valentina was great. I told her what I wanted she found it and I couldn't be happier.

She negotiated a good price and helped me in finding a handyman, House keeper and contacts with the HOA.
